Price Match Promise Policy

At The London Camera Hub Ltd we pride ourselves on our attentive customer service, but at the same time we understand how important it is to offer competitive pricing.

We do our best to ensure that the majority of our prices are very competitive and in line with other UK based suppliers, but sometimes there are competitors who are offering an even better nationwide price for an identical, in-stock item. In these circumstances we would like to encourage our customers to call us on 0333 127 1553 or e-mail sales@londoncamerahub.co.uk in order for us to attempt to match the price, or even beat it!

We will only attempt to match items from suppliers who are both UK based and ship from within the UK. We do not price match companies that ship from Asia (i.e. Hong Kong) nor companies which do not sell direct. We require the item of interest to be identical and in-stock.

You cannot redeem your Loyalty Points against successfully price matched/reduced items. Redemption of your balance in conjunction with an agreed price match will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.
