Fast and Secure Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours of successful completion before they are packaged and sent via a traceable and insured delivery service. Orders will be shipped via our preferred courier of choice, DPD, who deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Depending on your location and the products that you have selected, we will choose the most appropriate carrier for your order - this may also include DHL and FedEx for European deliveries.

The value and weight of your order as well as your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery company and service you will be offered. Depending on the method(s) used, delivery of goods typically takes 1-3 working days after dispatch. Please note, that we do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

We will keep you informed throughout every step of our dispatch process so that you know exactly when your order will arrive. We will inform you via email once your order has left us and include within it your tracking information in order to check the progress of your order online.

We always endeavour to ensure that your parcel arrives safely and in a timely manner. We take extreme care to ensure that goods are well packaged and fully insured whilst in transit.

You will be sent a text by DPD (or our courier of choice) on the morning of your delivery giving you a one hour delivery slot. Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature unless a safe space has been chosen by you. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card or text that will be left in order to rearrange your delivery.
